We listen, act, and transform
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to supporting young adult and adult women through life’s challenges with a compassionate, empowering, and trauma-informed approach. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood, and I strive to create that environment for every client I work with. I have experience working with young adult and adult women in a correctional facility and in a private practice setting. I received my BA degree in Psychology from Columbia College and my MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
I specialize in working with women experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, developing self-love, and a range of life stressors. My clinical approach is integrative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness-based practices.
Through our work together, I help clients deepen self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and develop effective coping strategies. I also focus on building resilience and supporting long-term emotional wellness, empowering clients to move forward with clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
